Competency Training
We offer comprehensive, state-of-the-art training in competency modeling techniques and considerations. Our training has been delivered in-house to client groups, and is now also offered in public seminars.

Entegrys is proud to introduce our new modular competency program entitled "Joining the Competency Revolution". This program is offered as five one-day seminars, or "modules". The first module replaces our previous "Competency Profiling" seminar - an eight-hour elective seminar credit. This module is a prerequisite to the other four. All five modules combined are now equivalent to the former "Competencies as an HR Strategy" - a forty-hour elective course credit in the Red River College and University of Winnipeg Human Resource Management programs. The course material has been revised and updated, including new research data on competency correlations.
