PresidentLouise is the President and Senior Consulting Principal of Entegrys Incorporated. She is a seasoned performance consultant with more than 10 years of practical experience in strategic planning and in the application of competencies as a Human Resource strategy. She presents on competency-related topics at national and local conferences. She has served on the facilitation team for two recent Provincial Government Summits, as well as facilitating numerous strategic and business planning processes, and leadership, performance and team development sessions. Louise has worked extensively within the public sector, and also with a diverse mix of private sector organizations ranging from not-for-profits to national corporations. Prior to founding Entegrys, she served as Human Resource Development Manager, strategic planner and facilities planner for a major telecommunications company. She is a past vice-president of the former Manitoba Association of Learning Facilitators (now a part of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba).
